• Contact details you submit through our assessment form: name, phone number, and email address.
• Case and financial details you choose to share, such as bankruptcy case number, court, filing objective, real-estate holdings, and financial circumstances.
• SMS-consent records — when you opt in to text messages, we record the date and time, the IP address used to submit the form, and the exact consent language you agreed to.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through standard web analytics.

• To respond to your assessment request and communicate with you about your file.
• To send SMS messages you have opted in to receive (account notifications, appointment reminders, document requests, and case updates from a member of our team).
• To evaluate your eligibility for loan products and, with your authorization, submit your application to lenders, investors, and other counterparties.
• To improve our website and services.
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or the content of SMS messages with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are used only to deliver the messages you have consented to receive and to maintain records required for compliance.

The only circumstances in which SMS-related information may be processed by a third party are:

• Our SMS delivery provider (a licensed messaging platform), strictly for the purpose of transmitting messages to you on our behalf.
• Where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Legacy Funding & Lending, our clients, or the public.

Outside the SMS context, we share the personal information you provide only with:

• Lenders, investors, and other loan counterparties, with your authorization, to evaluate and underwrite your loan request.
• Your mortgage servicer or bankruptcy trustee, with your authorization, where coordination is needed for your file.
• Government and regulatory agencies where disclosure is required.
• Service providers who help us operate (e.g., secure hosting, email delivery, identity verification), bound by confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain assessment and loan-file records for as long as needed to provide services and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. SMS opt-in records are retained for the period required by carrier and regulatory rules.

• You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• You can request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at info@chapter13refi.com.
• Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to maintain the integrity of our systems.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
